The service employees are very nice and have good customer service. My issue is with Diamond Mazda as a whole it's not a good dealership compared to others I've been to. I've had my car for over 3 ye customer service. My issue is with Diamond Mazda as a whole it's not a good dealership compared to others I've been to. I've had my car for over 3 years and there's never a complimentary car wash. This is something that's standard at most dealerships. When I bought my car I was also assured the tape they had around the doors, a scratch resistant lining would be changed free as needed for the lifetime of my car, it's peeling and hasn't been changed once. I'm at the point where I'm just going to make the drive to the dealership I purchased from to see if I can get better service because it seems like the dealership in the AV simply doesn't have everything they need to provide quality service. Again great employees and it's not a reflection of them I just think the dealership is lacking and is not equipped adequately. More
