When I went in for an oil change I was a bit upset about the fact that the warranty did not cover the automatic part of the power windows. Tina listened very intently as I ranted on about it was so unfair the fact that the warranty did not cover the automatic part of the power windows. Her demaner was extremely professional, and after she got me calmed down, she assured me that she would do whatever she could to see that I left happy. She left for awhile and when she returned, she advised me that everything had been taken care of and the auto part of the power window had been repaired at no cost to me.
