regular maintenance I have been going to this dealership since 2016 when I bought my Honda Odyssey from them. I recently wrote a review intended for the gentleman who helped me out in the Diamond Honda Service Department. I thought his name was David Gomez but it turns out his name was actually Rafael Ornelas. His helped me out in the Diamond Honda Service Department. His name is not listed as an option under service department and I'd recommend that this problem is fixed in the future so he gets the proper recognition that he deserves. In case it's not obvious, I gave him a 5 star review and wrote the following for him. I quote "David Gomez (now I know it was Rafael Ornelas) was great in his service and he explained everything I needed for my car in a easy to explain manner.
