Thank you for your response. I really had a good original lease experience with Andrew Keung 4 years ago. It was when I recently returned to purchase my leased car that I had problems. Oscar helped me resolve my service issue (tint) and I was very happy. I hope improvement happens for the sake of the future of the dealership.
