I recently purchased a Honda Civic Touring from this dealership. Everything went smoothly and I was satisfied with the sales side of the transaction. Once the paperwork was signed and I was about to leave, there was an issue that I did not initially catch when inspecting the vehicle. The moonroof for some reason was slightly bulged and was not flushed to the roof of the car. The sales representative and a manager both inspected the vehicle but would not acknowledge that something seemed off about the roof. Compared to other brand new vehicles, the difference in the moonroof being flushed or not was quite noticeable. Thankfully it did not result in leaking but it did leave me with a poor taste to be driving off with what could (and turned out to be) be a defective moonroof on a brand new vehicle. I am grateful they arranged for the service department to look at my vehicle a week later (who discovered the glass moonroof was distorted, causing the uneven window-to-roof alignment). Nevertheless, I am disappointed that a brand new car has to already be serviced for such an issue (it is only a one week old with less than 100 miles). Not to mention, I will need to return for a third time for it to be repaired. I greatly appreciate the help of the service department in detecting the issue. However, I am disappointed I drove off with a brand new car that has a distorted moonroof and needs to be repaired only 1 week after purchase. More
