I went in with engine light ON and IMA light ON. Told I went in with engine light ON and IMA light ON. Told Alan of the problem, he called me back in a couple of hrs. after the tech. checked it out and h I went in with engine light ON and IMA light ON. Told Alan of the problem, he called me back in a couple of hrs. after the tech. checked it out and he told me not to worry HONDA picked up the entire bill, my hybrid battery was under warranty. Fast and very efficient service, I will go back to Diamond Honda of Puente Hills for future parts and service. More

The reason I took my 2005 Oddessey in was because the "Check Engine" light was on. I was worry about this would be something really big. But as soon as I pull my car into the service area, Sunny was gr "Check Engine" light was on. I was worry about this would be something really big. But as soon as I pull my car into the service area, Sunny was greeting me with smile that eased my nerve. He also listened to what I said and asked how my car was running overall. After inspection, Sunny came back and started describing the issue which was the broken censor in sparking system. He explained patiently and in details though at first I disbelieved the damage was caused by rats bite. I didn't expect it would cost a lot and told Sunny I've been a long time customer of Diamond Honda. Sunny thanked me and acknolwedged my loyality, he also gave me time to think about while he did his best to give me the best discount. Once we agreed on the service charge, he assured me the estimate time to repair and proactively offered the shuttle ride. Once the service was done, Sunny even provided several of tips to keep rats out of garage. Sunny truly demonstrates the excellent customer service that I can count on and the primary reason I will come back to this dearship for service. More

He was thorough on explaining the document regarding what would be checked on my car and escorted me to the seating area to wait for my car. I was truly impressed when the approx. time that had been quoted for service to be completed on my car was met. More
I brought my car in for service the day after Thanksgiving. I was greeted promptly with a smile by Sonny. He asked what service I would like and started the process right away. He inquired if I would be waiting or would like to brave the mall for Black Friday. Being the shopper I am, I opted for a ride to the mall. He called me within the hour and let me know my vehicle was already done with the service and offered a ride back. Upon my pick up at the mall, I was carrying several shopping bags. The porter came to help me get myself and my bags in the vehicle. I arrived back at the dealership and was greeted once again by Sonny. He politely asked me to wait for a few minutes while he finished up with another customer, but asked another porter to bring my vehicle around. Jerry brought my vehicle around and helped me gather my bags and load them into the vehicle. During that time, Sonny had my paperwork being printed and accepted my payment and I was out the door! It was a great experience! I have been to this dealership before to have my oil changed and will make this the next dealership I purchase my vehicle from. I appreciate the hard work and happy courteous demeanor they offer their customers! More

Mr. Young directed me to his office where he explained the procedure of what was going to happen to my car. Both of these Honda Employees were very efficient and made me feel comfortable taking my vehicle in for servicing. They even offered me a free car wash without me having to ask for one. Although I was not able to meet the technician that worked on my vehicle he did an exemplary job. More
