I have brought my truck in now 3 times and yet has to be fixed, all I keep hearing is we have tried everything and there is nothing more we can do. I ordered a new Maverick in January with no add-ons. I made sure to inform the sales rep I was working with that I did not want anything else added on to the truck. When I arrived to pick up my truck in I made sure to inform the sales rep I was working with that I did not want anything else added on to the truck. When I arrived to pick up my truck in April, I was told I needed to pay over $5,000 in add-ons. The dealer had now added multiple items to the truck in order to hike up the price. I had never agreed to this. The sales manager I spoke to was condescending and extremely unhelpful. They have also blocked me from leaving a review on another site. I will not be doing business with them ever again. More

Have had vehicle for almost a week for service. Kept asking for money for "diagnosis." Have people as service writers who have absolutely no idea what they are talking about and lack any experience what asking for money for "diagnosis." Also refused to perform recall notice which is required by law until I paid $3200 for other repairs. Run far away from this dealership. They are dishonest, their repair work is shoddy and will try to bleed you for every dime possible. More
