Sometimes deals may be more difficult but prosperous for both parties. You had the exact truck I wanted. I leased a brand new Silverado but a week later realized it did not have all the features we needed. I contacted the dealer and they immediately got into action and traded for a new vehicle that met my families needs. This all took place in 24 hours. I ended up coming out with 3000 out of pocket but a higher priced vehicle for only 18 dollars more a month. It was a 61,500 msrp. I am sure you could have done similar or better. I only bought Chevrolet as the inventory and pricing is better. I have been a Ford guy for over 20 years. Lately it seems Ford dealerships are struggling so much that they don’t follow through. The Chevy dealer had me a new truck within 24 hours. I love Ford but honestly you are not the first dealer who has behaved this way. Many of the employees these days rather make a quick buck than have a long time customer who keeps coming back.

Hello Gus, I appreciate you reaching out to me but quite honestly there's nothing more to discuss with you regarding my experience with your sales people. I think what they did was incredibly shady. Giving me a price and then after sharing all my financial information for financing to complete the deal they tell me the price is actually $5400 more because there's a diamond package that must be included. So again, there's nothing more to discuss and I'm moving on.

Diamond Ford is the worst ! Thank God Auto Nation Ford in Valencia took care of the safety recall for the welding of the spring seat. Diamond Ford had cleared the recall as if it had been done. Ford Customer Service found it active in their files as not having been done. National Safety board only had the latest recall of the windshield wipers.
