Jessica, service manager at Diamond Ford was great to work with. She also avoided damage to my motorhome when the technician, not paying attention, almost drove under a roof that was too shallow for the work with. Purchased a Certified 2018 Ford Fiesta in December 2022. When I went to pick it up the kid who sold it to me sent me text messages stating that a few parts were on order due to them being broken and he woul When I went to pick it up the kid who sold it to me sent me text messages stating that a few parts were on order due to them being broken and he would call me when they arrived. It’s May 2023 and I have called numerous times requesting my parts but no one has nor will help me. I stopped by and showed the text messages to the sales staff management and he let me know the salesman wasn’t no longer employed with Diamond. He agreed to order the parts for me but never did. The car leaks oil excessively, makes a shuttering noise when you turn it off, the horn doesn’t work at all, the steering wheel is missing buttons, the break light is broken and hanging from the ceiling, the chair adjustment cover is broken and hanging off, it smells like cigarettes, and there is a cigarette burn mark in the seat which was conveniently covered up during the time I viewed the car. This was my second vehicle I purchased from Diamond and was intending on buying my wife a new Expedition for Christmas but I will never come back to Diamond and allow them my business. Terrible dealership with garbage management. More
