Went to the dealer to have my wife’s dashboard reviewed and have our windshield wipers replaced. They are still researching what to do for the dashboard they replace the windshield wipers however, the back and have our windshield wipers replaced. They are still researching what to do for the dashboard they replace the windshield wipers however, the back windshield wiper as we went home is not working properly. I need to go back to get that replaced people. The people at the front counter were awesome great smiles the lady who I can’t remember her name looks like she could be about 27 years old was great and the man trying to help us with the dashboard was also very cooperative. More

You are service people are very efficient, and with a smile! OK my biggest problem is getting through front of you from office lying to get to the service department and then nobody can pick up so I now smile! What am I referring to? Our 2016 Focus battery died, and when I took a look at the battery, I noticed that it was full of acid. The only issue was that, it was recently serviced and the tech who serviced the vehicle, claimed that the car was had no issues. I took a picture just in case I got the run around. Therefore because of the Tech's negligence we should have been given half price. More
