To reiterate, we moved to a appointment only schedule for oil changes to ensure better wait times and an overall better customer experience. It's not fair to customers that make an appointment if their service is delayed due to a vehicle ahead of them that did not have an appointment. Thank you for reviewing us. We are sorry your service wasn't free. GM does cover the first maintance, but after that customers are required to pay to service their vehicle. We remind our customers how factory warranty works and what is covered and not covered when they buy a vehicle from us here at Diamond for that particular reason. As far as the rental situation- perhaps it could have been explained better and we apologize for that. Our inventory has been decimated down to almost 0 vehicles with the chip shortage going on nation wide. All dealerships are dealing with the same issue and it is very frustrating. We do hope you give us another chance in the future and we have vehicles to offer while we service your vehicle.

We apologize we could not fit your vehicle in this past Monday. We have a very very tight schedule in service right now and we try to stick to it. If we schedule technicians to fix our customer's cars and we break that schedule, there is a good chance those customer's will have to wait longer than originally told. We certainly could have got your vehicle inspected at some point within a reasonable timeframe, but unfortunately Monday morning first thing was very difficult.

It was Monday afternoon at 12;;15 pm. I asked if i could bring my GM car in for an emergency but never asked for service right away. To be told definitely not" is something I won"t forget.
