I asked the sales person did service go thru the vehicle. He told me that they went thru the vehicle that it just came out from being serviced. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the wipers were broken, the brakes were squealing and the tires were corroded, how it passed the state inspection is beyond me. I mentioned it to the service department and they would not replace my tires or brakes. They did replace the wiper blades. I called the gm of diamond and I sent him photos of my tires to show him how bad they were. He contacted service and found out that the last time my vehicle went in the shop for service was January. So he told me that he would replaced my tires, so I went back and got them replaced. After that I went back to service multiple times about my brakes and brake light. I even sent pictures to the manager of the light and still nothing was done, no communication nothing. They kept saying that brakes squeal just give them time to break in, that there is nothing wrong with them. I went to another dealership to get the vehicle checked out and they fixed my brake light issue right away. I dropped off my car to diamond to get my brakes done this weekend as they have been squealing for over a year now. I explained to Dominic that all I wanted was my brakes replaced and that my brake pads were covered under my third party warranty. I didnt ask them to pay for the brakes or anything I just wanted them replaced. He argued with me over the phone that warranty’s did not cover pads. He ended up doing a diagnostic on my brakes and did not replace the brakes as I requested. Dominic left a vm 3 hours later from our last conversation stating that there is nothing wrong with my brakes, but if I wanted then replaced it was going to cost me around $1048.00 and that my warranty company was closed. So if I wanted my car I would have to pay the entire bill. Again I just wanted them to replaced my brakes. I called back and asked to speak to the service manager. Brandon came on the phone and I tried to explained that I want my brakes replaced thats it and that my pads were covered under warranty. He told me that there is nothing wrong with my brakes they are just squealing. Then went back and forth about my warranty and that it won’t cover the pads. He stated he has been there since 2011 and no warranty company pays for brake pads. Then after going back and forth about my brakes and warranty he then accused me of bad language to his service writer, which I didn’t. I told him my client heard everything as she was standing right next to me and could verify that I was not speaking inappropriately if he would like to talk to her. He told me no that he will pull the phone records as everything is recorded. Then told me that he would not be working on my car he was going to put it outside and to come get the car. I decided to call the warranty company and they told me that diamond never called them and that they were open. So I called diamond back and left a voice message for the gm to call me, but he never called me back. I decided to give them 1 more chance and Juan my sales guy said I have a few vehicles I'll send pictures. Said he was going to talk to finance said it was too much. Then fell off the ends of the earth, no communication nothing. I couldn't buy because of the cost of the vehicle so he didnt waste his time with me. Called today December 1st because my car was refinanced and I was looking for my GAP refund to findout there was no GAP on my car this whole time. They don’t care about my business and don’t respect anybody. No wonder they go through so many people. They were very rude and unprofessional. Today was my 3rd visit and 3rd bad experience. Today I pulled in for mu APPPOINTMENT and they said someone would be right with me, in the mean time 2 other cars came in and were moved right in for service - AGAIN I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. Someone in the pull in service area apologized and asked if there was something they could do and I said I would like to speak to a manager. 5 or 10 minutes later (I am still sitting in my car) the manager came out and said yeah. At his point I was very upset and he tried to blame it on COVID to which I replied - you have technology you do not use. If you were running behind perhaps a text like when excepting the appointment or remind me about the appointment. A tech came over to speak to me and this manager BRIGGS(last name) told him I was upset for waiting 15 minutes. I then told him it was not about 15 minutes it was 2 other people pulled in after me and they were taken in for service. He then started about his 43 years in service department. This gentlemen had the worst service oriented attitude I have encounter at Diamond yet, and the others where not gold star winners. I have been in IT support(customer service) for 38 years and if I had acted the way he did it would not have been 38 years. My lease is up this December and I have started to look for other dealers because it should not hurt to have someone work on your car And you would not have to wait 2 1/2 hours FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION Last January experience.
