Brought my Saturn Outlook in for warranty work that led to additional warranty repairs resulting in the vehicle not being ready for a preplanned family vacation. The service manager worked with a rental c to additional warranty repairs resulting in the vehicle not being ready for a preplanned family vacation. The service manager worked with a rental company to provide me a 7 passenger vehicle and did not require my return for an additional four days following the vehicle being ready due to not wanting to disrupt our vacation. All rental car costs were absorbed by the dealer for the time exceeding the completion of the repair. This demonstrates Diamond's desire to go the extra mile for their customers. Their customer service dedication and follow up far exceeds any of my experiences in this industry over the past 30 yrs. I highly recommend this business due to their customer orientation and quality of service. More

The mechanic did an excellant job with tedious repairs. Jessica Liseno made the entire process very user friendly including the very timely arrival of a rental car. Steve Whelan went the extra distance to make sure everything that needed to be done was done completely, to include anything that may pop up in the future. My experience with these people and Diamond Cadillac was a very positive one and I would recommend them without hesitation. More

My father recently had a strut rust out on my mother's 2006 Buick Lucerne with 25,000 on it. My father and I went down Diamond and talked to Steve Whelen(Service Manager) and he "good willed" the part. Th 2006 Buick Lucerne with 25,000 on it. My father and I went down Diamond and talked to Steve Whelen(Service Manager) and he "good willed" the part. This particular strut on this car is well over $800 plus labor. All my father had to do was pay for labor which was under $100! Could not ask for a better deal. Steve Whelen took care of my father right away. The technician, Rich M. was very helpful and quick by getting my mother's car fixed when the part came in the next day. Great Service department, would recommend this dealer to anyone. More
