Darren was very helpfull not only in my selection of a car but in arranging all the financing. After the sale he checked to make sure everything was just the way I wanted. I have been having my 2006 Pontiac Solstice serviced by Diamond Chevrolet for over three years. Whenever I bring the car in for service the associates at Diamond are not only courteous, but present options Diamond Chevrolet for over three years. Whenever I bring the car in for service the associates at Diamond are not only courteous, but present options for any repair work with the best interest of the customer in mind. In one example, I needed to have two tires replaced. Rather than saying they needed to be replaced immediately for the sake of a sale, they told me about how many miles I had left so I could save for the replacement. But here is where they went above and beyond customer service. My Solstice developed a rather serious rust spot over the last several months. I knew I was out of warranty but brought it to Diamond for their recommendation on an auto body specialist. Not only did they happen to recommend an auto body company I was familiar with, but even though the car was out of warranty, they said they would cover the repair!! To say this was great news and great customer service would be an understatement. By the way, Diamond also repairs and services non GM vehicles as well. They take great care of my mother’s 2004 Hyundai Sonata. Thanks Diamond! More
I was having a problem with my Corvette (20,000 miles) and I contacted General Motors. After being contacted by GM the service manager at Diamond Chevrolet, Steve Whelen, agreed to fix the the problem at and I contacted General Motors. After being contacted by GM the service manager at Diamond Chevrolet, Steve Whelen, agreed to fix the the problem at no cost to me. He was very accommodating in scheduling my visit at a time that was good for me. When I arrived at the dealership Steve was not in. One of the service advisors, Chris was very helpful. He understood my automobile and the problem I was having. It took about an hour and hopefully the problem is resolved. The dealer that I originally purchased the vehicle from is no longer in business, and Diamond was willing to fix my problem. I would definitely recommend this service department. More
