My vehicle was brought in immediately, diagnosed (plug under the carriage had unplugged) and I was on the road in less than an hour. My only regret was I did not note the technician's name and that I do not live in the Auburn,MA area so I could patronize this dealership. After a short breifing between Darren and myself we then headed out to the lot, Darren walked me through all the inventory of beautiful trucks and then I spoted the one that was calling my name. It was then when headed inside to make the deal, when inside I briefly waited for the phone calls and paper work, but in the mean time I was treated with wat I would compare to Royalty. Brought in my 2008 Tahoe for a minor electrical issue with the power windows, was told to get a coffee in the waiting area and they would be back with me quickly.
