Brought in my 2008 Tahoe for a minor electrical issue with the power windows, was told to get a coffee in the waiting area and they would be back with me quickly. Having been to other dearlships I know that saleman can be pretty pushy. Not Darren! From the moment he asked "may I help you?", I felt at ease - not pressured.
