Ne Black Hills and our second in 2010.We just traded both for a new 2012 Prius V.The '05 Prius had 227,000 miles and the '09 Prius just 29,000 miles. Never a problem with either car. Les and the service depaertment folks have taken great care of us and our cars over the years. Joel Weaver has been there for us for guidance and counsel for years as well. He did an outstanding job for us on this recent purchase/trade and also in the past for family members and friends. We will continue to direct people to Joel, Les and Toyota of the Black Hills for outstanding professional help with transportation needs. Visiting Toyota of the Black Hills is like visiting family! I was in need of a pickup for pulling my horse trailer and had an '08 Lincoln MKX to trade. Originally I started at McKie Ford but decided to look at the Toyotas. In the past I have owned a Toyota Land Cr and had an '08 Lincoln MKX to trade. Originally I started at McKie Ford but decided to look at the Toyotas. In the past I have owned a Toyota Land Cruiser, 4Runner and Highlander and was very happy with all of them. Joel treated me with respect and listened to what my needs were in a vehicle. It did not take long for him to find what I needed and at no time did I feel pressured to buy. Great experience for me. Thanks. More
This was my sixth purchase of a Toyota of which five purchased through Toyota of the Black Hills. That in itself pretty much speaks of my thoughts of and satisfaction dealing with these fine folks. Firs purchased through Toyota of the Black Hills. That in itself pretty much speaks of my thoughts of and satisfaction dealing with these fine folks. First time I have dealt with Mike and could not be happier with making this connection. Down to earth, common kinda guy who is knowledgable of what he sells and devotes his entire time to you and for you. Can't say enough good about Mike, just that simple, great guy and great salesman. Not a pressure salesman and I like and appreciate that. After working diligently in meeting my desired truck to purchase he took me about the entire business introducing me to those who each offer a different expertise of customer service. All of whom I met were courteous and freindly. Jerry in finance was taking care of my paper work and staying late to accomplish this, all the time pleasant and great to talk with. Jerimy was one of the shop gentlemen dolling up another 2012 Tacoma as I had bought and spent a good deal of time talking with me regarding appropriately and fashionably tricking out the Tacomas. Super nice, super knowledgable. Thanks to all these people and nice meeting each and every one of you in this place of business. The new location and building itself is awesome. You really need to stop out and check this place out when shopping for a new ride folks! Special thanks to Mike. Busted butt for me and it didn't go without recognition. Rudee and Courtney enjoyed the experience as well.... thanks bud!! More

Car dealerships and vehicle selection are very limited where I live in Alaska and so I "surfed the web" to determine the best vehicle for my use here. I choose the Toyota Tacoma because of it's smaller si where I live in Alaska and so I "surfed the web" to determine the best vehicle for my use here. I choose the Toyota Tacoma because of it's smaller size, reputation for durability, value, choice of option packages that suited me and the ability to have it professionally serviced locally. I then looked for dealerships in the lower 48 that had the truck I was looking for in stock. I had opted not to wait for one to be built as the vehicle I was driving - my trusty old Ford - had become a rusty old Ford. I looked for Toyota dealerships in South Dakota as I was planning on taking a trip there. Of the dealerships I contacted via the internet, Black Hills Toyota responded promptly. I let them know what vehicle I was looking for and they assured me that they could have it available for me on the date I requested. This transaction took place almost entirely over the internet and each of my numerous and sometimes detailed questions regarding various options was answered promptly and accurately. They also responded in the same way to inquiries from my lending institution. Very little negotiation was made over price as I had done my research before-hand and so knew what the going cost was for one of these vehicles. In short, their internet sales department was professional and prompt. I was directed to a sales agent that was knowledgeable and courteous. No pitch was made, just confirmation of the sale and the date I would arrive to pick up the truck. Upon arriving in Rapid City South Dakota, the sales agent contacted me again and made arrangements to pick me up locally and bring me to the dealership - a nice touch. As promised he showed up - with my new truck. I found the dealership to be of high quality and the staff to be friendly. The paperwork took very little time and was all explained well. Throughout the process I was asked for and felt free to bring up any questions that I had. The sales agent took me through a detailed explanation of all of the vehicle's operation and instrumentation particulars and I was encouraged to contact them at any time with any questions about the sale or the vehicle that might arise. Due to the thoroughness of all that they presented, I have yet to come upon something that hadn't been explained. I found myself that afternoon taking a pleasurable drive in my new truck through the beauty of the Black Hills in South Dakota. Soon after, I drove back to my home in Alaska without a single hiccup in the vehicle's performance or usefulness. Toyota and this dealership have shown me that they have what they say they have. More
