I am confident i got as good a deal here in RC as i would have in Sioux Falls, Cheyenne, or even as far as Denver. Overall if you are looking for a Honda, i would highly recommend Rushmore Honda. I've been coming to Rushmore Honda since my first Honda purchase - a used 1997 Accord. I've had my vehicles serviced and maintained here since. Thru the years I've known a few of your employees, and Honda purchase - a used 1997 Accord. I've had my vehicles serviced and maintained here since. Thru the years I've known a few of your employees, and can't ever remember a time that I wasn't treated courteously and efficiently. That's why I keep coming back. My most memorable was a shop foreman. I had brought my car in for maintenance work that required it be there overnight. He provided a car and I had mentioned that I didn't know how I was going to get it cleaned because I needed it the next evening for a work-related outing. I had spent time with grandkids the previous week and it was a mess. When I went to pick it up the next day, he had me in tears I was so grateful. He had detailed the car inside and out, and it was spotless! So, yes, I came to Rushmore Honda when I needed a new vehicle. I'm always nervous about sales people when I'm looking. I don't like to feel pressured, that I have to buy it now. And I was looking into the window of a new CRV in the sales room when I noticed a smiling face in the opposite window. He came around and introduced himself - Andy Hamilton. Asked me what I thought of it. I asked him questions about new features and options. He patiently explained the differences between models, which made it easy for me to determine my choice. He pointed out the features both inside and outside. Asked me my color choice, and had me in the driver's seat and on the road for the test drive. Again, he patiently pointed out the features. I have a 2001 Accord; there are a lot of handy new features on this model that Andy pointed out and explained how to operate. He walked me thru programming the phone as I added my family for quick calls. We went thru the i-MID settings for lights, radio, etc, and then the cruise, the VSA, the EBD, the econo button (how and why to turn off the last two) - everything in the computer and all the controls on the dash. He pretty much had me sold. That's when I met Terry Hillman, who gave me permission to take it home for the evening. However, I was unable to contact my insurance agent for coverage. Andy made sure the vehicle was detailed prior to my possession - twice - the day I signed the papers and the day I picked it up after having it armor coated. And Andy had made certain that the appt scheduled for the armor coating the day of purchase was honored by personally locating a vehicle for me to use when none were available and I would have had to reschedule. He assured me I could stop in any time if I had questions. And Jason Penticoff was also easy to work with. He explained the options for purchasing including the armor coating and extended warranty, maintenance agreement, and remote starter; answered my questions and then gave me time to review the options and make my choices. Both Andy and Jason were courteous and pleasant even when it was way passed time for their day to be done. Andy Hamilton - courteous and calm, pleasant, never rushed, never pressured, gave plenty of time for questions, and responses were knowledgeable and complete, accommodating, and after the sale said he was available in the future if I had questions. And for all those reasons he sold the vehicle. Thanks, Andy. And thanks Rushmore Honda, you have a wonderful family of employees. More
I had been car "shopping" most of the day and when I walked into RH, I felt a little deflated. The whole staff was awesome to work with, the were all very informative and helpful. They didn't m when I walked into RH, I felt a little deflated. The whole staff was awesome to work with, the were all very informative and helpful. They didn't make me feel like I was their next commision. They made me feel like they truly cared about what I was getting and how it would effect me and my family. There were some issues with the vehicle during and shortly after the purchase that they took care of them without hesitation. The sales team is great. The service team is okay. Thanks for fitting me to my new car guys the whole family loves it!!!!! More
