My wife and I walked in and we had an awkward moment where no one helped us for a couple of minutes. Several people walked past us and didn't say a word to us about whether or not we had been helped. I occasionally stopped in looking at vehicles and met Duke. He recognized my last name, and said he knew my brother, who has also purchased honda vehicles from him. What I really appreciate about Duke is his no pressure sales approach. He would text me possible vehicles and I could decide if I wanted to take a look at them or not. He also allowed me to test drive the vehicles without going with me every time. Other dealerships don't do always do that and I liked being trusted to do that.
