Okay for sale. Awful after sale. In 2011 I gave them another chance thinking they may have changed. At that time the sales department seemed to have gotten their act together and I purchased an RDX from them. Unfortunately the service department hadn't changed and after bringing my car in for service twice, I stopped using them because they completely lacked customer service. Their prices were higher than any other Acura dealer for basic services such as oil changes, and frankly, they did not want my business. One Saturday afternoon approximately 1:30 PM, I noticed a nail in my tire. I drove into Delray Acura to get the tire fixed, but I was told they were getting ready to close and I should come back on Monday. It wasn't until Monday morning when I brought my car in to fix my flat, I learned that they had been opened until 5 PM. I had assumed they were closing at 2:00 p.m. because they refused to service my tire indicating they were closing soon. I had no idea they were going to be open for another 3 1/2 hours. Nevertheless, I completely stopped using them to service my 2011 RDX. Two weeks ago I thought I would give them yet another chance and purchase my new 2015 RDX from them. I communicated with Richard Stern by e-mail and told him what I would be willing to pay OUT THE DOOR PRICE. Richard agreed with my offer and subsequently made the new car purchase relatively smooth (except for the fact that they take you to the loud, old Hyundai dealership next door to handle the financing). Although they tried to stick me for an extra $50 over the agreed upon price, Fred Kaufman, the Hyundai finance manager quickly removed the extra $50 so that I wouldn't walk out. Shortly after I took possession of the vehicle on Saturday, I noticed a significant problem with the car. I immediately e-mailed Richard (who had given me his personal e-mail address for rapid communication) but I never heard from him. Sunday morning I walked into the dealership at 11 AM when they opened and spoke with Rocky Mohanram about the problem I was having with the vehicle. He told me that one of his technicians should be able to help me and he would get back to me on Monday morning when he spoke to the technician. On Tuesday morning when I hadn't heard from Rocky, I attempted to reach him by telephone. Although he was and "not available" to come to the phone, I left an urgent message for him to call me back. As expected, he never called me back, Richard never e-mailed me back. I've never heard back from Delray Acura despite my attempts at communicating with them after they sold me a new $40,000 2015 Acura RDX. Once again they lived up to what I've already known about them in the past. Their after sale support is horrendous. If you are planning to purchase a new Acura, you might get a decent price from Delray Acura. However, plan to get your car serviced elsewhere. Don't expect any type of quality customer service after the sale. My wife is now looking to trade in her car for a new Acura as well. I don't even think we will consider Delray Acura for the purchase at this point. They have burned me too many times in the past. This latest case of not communicating with me simply confirms what I've already known about them. It's quite a shame that their after-sales service is so atrocious. Especially for me given the fact that I live across the street from the dealership. More

When the ticket was written it apparently stated driver's window instead. Not reading every line item, the driver's window was written to be fixed instead of the passenger's window. I did not use the passenger's window until a month later. I took it in again for service and was told they tested the window and all was working. A day later the window would not go back up. Again I took it back. Now I'm told they repaired the driver's window as written originally and NOT the passenger's window as I originally went in for. They now want me to pay $329 for repair of a window never repaired and for which I apparently already paid for a window that was working! I will NEVER go back there again after all the service I have gone there for More

It had been 10 years since I bought my last car Hello, I wanted to share with you my extreme satisfaction with my recent purchase at Delray Hyundai. It had been 10 years since I bought my last car 1. because I loved my last car and 2. because the car buying experience has always been dreadful. I came to your dealership through the Costco program. Still hesitant, I trust the Costco recommendation. And when I first came in, I knew it would be a hard decision to pull me away from Mazda after 10 years of great service with them. I met with Alex, who was great, but I was battling a very aggressive offer from Mazda as an existing owner. I left, unsure about making that big of a decision of no fault of Alex's, but with my own indecisiveness. When Alex left to the other department, and I was introduced Roberto, I still wasn't sure about my decision. After a few weeks of emails back and forth with Roberto while he learned what I really wanted, he presented me with a great option for a 2013 demo Santa Fe Sport, which was the vehicle I wanted. I knew the risk I was taking buying a car a model year old. I had done my research. I had analyzed (and overanalyzed) my options. Roberto was patient with all my questions. He never tried to talk me into another one of the models Hyundai offers to get me closer to my budget. He found an option for me to get what I want within my budget. When I finally came to see the car (and inevitably buy it) he remained patient, and more importantly friendly. I was so close to making a decision and his attention to us solidified my choice. He walked us through every step of the process. He made me feel good about my purchase. He didn't let me leave without answering every question or concern I had. He followed up on the minor questions I did have. He made sure I was more than happy, even after I had signed the paperwork and the deal was done. I work in the customer service industry. I know how valuable good service is, especially for a purchase of this much importance. Roberto is an incredible asset to your dealership. I waited for a survey to share my satisfaction, but since I didn't receive one yet, I wanted to make sure I let you know how pleased I was. I have also shared my satisfaction with the folks at the Costco auto program. I will continue to refer friends and family to your dealership (and especially to Roberto) for their future car needs. Flawless Last month, the transmission on my wife's Lexus Rx300 went. We towed the car home, I went into the house, logged onto Ebay, and found Delray Acura. I put a bid in on another Rx300, and in 2 hours had bought the car. I went online, bought a $229 plane ticket from Cleveland to West Palm Beach, and took the flight out in the morning. Bill from Delray Acura met me at the baggage claim, took me to the dealership and made me feel comfortable with a cup of coffee. He was extremely professional, yet pleasant. He spoke well of his co-workers, and told how nice the company is to work for, commenting on how everyone works as a team. It was refreshing to hear an employee talking about how happy he was at his job, rather than undercutting other employees and talking down about the management. in fact, he didn't refer to his bosses as "management" but rather talked about the family atmosphere. Bill processed the paperwork, introduced me to some of the other staff, and I was back on the road, headed back to Ohio in less than an hour and a half. The entire process was completely stress-free, and flawless. They supplied a temporary tag, and the title was UPS'd to me in about a week, just as they promised. Being the owner of a 10 store optical chain, I only hope that my customers are as pleased with the service they receive, as I was with the experience I had with Bill and the rest of the Delray Acura staff. This is how it's supposed to be done, and they've got it down to a science. Great job! More

He obviously knew what he was doing and was exceedingly professional. Over the next few months we tested out other SUV's from other dealerships. The difference in experience was night and day. We went back to Phil to buy a new MDX. I had a number in mind that I was not going to pay less than. I was all prepared for a fight. We picked out the car we wanted, Phil went to get us a price. The price he came back with was about $500 lower than the price I was going to argue for. So that was great. We bought the car. It was a pleasure to work with Phil. We had a great experience. More
