Great Customer Engagement from the get go. When we arrived at the showroom we were briefly distracted by a used TL in the lot that was similar in color to the model I currently own. Jerry came out, introduced himself and engaged us in conversation about what vehicle we were looking for. After telling Jerry it was the ILX, he immediately proceeded to show us the showroom model and describe the features, then without missing a beat, asked if we would like to test drive one. Before the test drive Jerry took us through all the features showing them in action, down to the simplicity in programming the XM radio memory. During the test drive, Jerry took us out and asked us our impression as we went along. He answered all our questions. Jerry was extremely knowledgeable on the vehicle as well as the questions we had on leasing. In the end we were satisfied enough with the quality of the vehicle, the service and the price that we leased one. We would definitely recommend Jerry and Acura of Delray for customer statisfaction and a smooth buying process. More
