He was there waiting for us, no waits no holds waiting. He then took us over to meet with Liam. Very nice very personable individual. He listened to our needs and was very responsive. He showed us the vehicle, we test drove and was sold. The actual decision was made made within maybe an hour if not less....first time. I was very pleased. Norm came a few times to inquire on how things were going (top notch), because most times when a salesman give you to another associate they forget about you and he didn't. We were introduced to the manager who also was very friendly and was involved in the selling processing. The first time meeting this team and we felt like old friends. Extremely impressed!!!!! More

My salesperson was Liam McGrady and I was able to lease a new Acura in the color I wanted at I price I fel My experience at Delray was really great. Liam spent a good deal of time with me explaining how to use the new technology in the car. He also told me to feel free to call with any questions I had which made me feel really comfortable.
