I arrived for an 8:00 appointment this morning. I was told that they did not see my name for a reservation. The service agent said "Hey Boss, please find a text or email proving you have an appointment told that they did not see my name for a reservation. The service agent said "Hey Boss, please find a text or email proving you have an appointment or you will have to leave." I searched my emails on my phone and located the reservation. I said to him "Here is my proof boss." Some other service member got in face and told me it was rude to call this guy boss and that I now had to leave the dealership. I told him that I recently bought the car from this dealership and that there was no reason for me to have to leave. This service representative then called the police. The police arrived and ask me to leave since this was a private business. I filed a harassment case against these two service members and left so I would not be arrested for trespassing according to the police. Needless to say, this service department needs to be trained in customer service and ethical treatment of customers. Being called boss is Racist and I plan to file charges against these two service members. More
