I took my Highlander in for Service to get just an oil change and filter. Mid day I received a video with all of the wheels off and then a summary telling me major repairs were needed like front and rea change and filter. Mid day I received a video with all of the wheels off and then a summary telling me major repairs were needed like front and rear brakes and roters plus tires. I had just put on 4 new tires a month early. I never authorized the inspection. Plus a Del sticker was placed on my car even though I did not buy from them. No permission to add a sticker to my car. Made multiple telephone calls to speak with a service adviser week prior to arriving, always ended in a voicemail, no one ever called back, never spoke to anyone in the Service Dept, always got a voicema adviser week prior to arriving, always ended in a voicemail, no one ever called back, never spoke to anyone in the Service Dept, always got a voicemail box extension number, no names! Not even sure if I actually had an appointment, but everything went smoothly, efficiently and quickly after I arrived and checked in with Service Mgr Sean. More
