Ben helped me in my purchase every step of the way and Dominic took my car concerns seriously after my purchase. He went for a short test drive with me to hear the sound I was hearing concerning the brakes. Dominic was in total agreement with me and said the brake pads would be replaced that day. They even gave me a free rental. Ben did not just sell a car and say good bye. He was available to help even after my purchase and did small paint touchups on the car. The only problem I had with Ben was that he was unaware of dings and dents when first showing me the car until I pointed them out. Another situation involved the title transfer fee and Ben was unaware of the breakdown when I asked him. However, he admitted when he was wrong and said he was sorry for my having to be the guinea pig. He was also extremely pleasant. Would highly recommend Ben K. More

It took me a total of 2-1/2 hrs to select, test drive, and complete the purchase of my 2008 Kia Sportage. I honestly have NEVER been to a dealership that made purchasing a vehicle so easy and quick. I will recommend this dealership to anyone who is searching the market to purchase and will be back to purchase a new vehicle in the future. I have purchased many cars and nothing has compared to the service we received at Del Toyota. Ben K. the Salesperson and Ernie the Detail guy were in my eyes TOPS. I rate both of them a 10+++++ I have never met a staff from the time you pull up at this dealership when they open the car door for you, to all the service people, Ernie who is one of the best in the business, and I have had my cars detailed before, but he does it with a smile on his face and the car is done to perfection. Amanda is wonderful too, she is in service--100% customer oriented. I normally never go on like this in a review, but truly, I have no idea who is hiring the 100% customer oriented employees at this dealership, but they should be commended. Thank you. More

Don't buy a used car here! I recently purchased a used 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe from them and have had nothing but problems! I had been getting my 2007 Scion tC serviced there for I recently purchased a used 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe from them and have had nothing but problems! I had been getting my 2007 Scion tC serviced there for years and always had great experiences with the service team and expected the same from the sales department when purchasing my next car. Unfortunately, that has not been the case at all, their post sale customer service leaves much to be desired. The salesman Ben Gomez was friendly, not too much pressure and the actual purchase process was a pretty standard experience. However, I don't think they do enough prep or inspections on the used cars before they put them out for sale and don't want to take any responsibility for anything once they get your money. My car has a defective radio and the driver's door doesn't lock properly among other things. It has been over a month and I'm still trying to get both of these issues resolved and so far rather than trying to make things right for a long term customer, the sales Manager Jim Lopez has acted like I'm inconveniencing him by asking them to stand behind their satisfaction guarantee. I would never buy another used car from them and I wouldn't even recommend them to my worst enemy. ***UPDATE*** 09/11/14 - I'm still waiting for my radio to be fixed/replaced, they're finally looking at the door. However in a private response to this review in writing no less, the sales manager promised to "do everything I asked for". I asked for an oil change and a car wash as compensation for my time and trouble and now that I'm here he refused to honor that unless I change my review! More
