I drove over two hours from North Jersey to buy from this dealership. One positive, yes I bought a beautiful car! However, I feel really awful . At the end of the sale, I dropped over $40000 and giving my trade-in away at a loss, my sale person said man i want to go home because I only made $100 from you. I found myself arguing for basic things and respect. If you purchase from this dealership, you must be informed, patient, and able to navigate unprofessional encounters. Honestly, I would have walked away. However, Jim , the General Manager, met my payment budget and found 2.39 interest rate. Overall, i payed $3000 more than I expected but i can stomach it. But the poor customer service experience is hard to digest. More

From the moment I got there I was treated to a pleasant and stress-free experience. Harmeet was my salesperson and had me relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole process. Jimmy was also a pleasure to deal with and offered me a great price for what I was getting. This was a truly professional experience, and I will recommend all my friends and family to Del Toyota! Then we got a call that we had to come in and get another loan. They didn't even try they took our keys and made us walk home. The sales man Steve wusser committed the fraud and blamed it on my girlfriend screaming it out loud I took control of the situation and told him to stop blaming her. He said you had a brand new car and now you don't. Stay away they lie cheat and steal ,there rude, obnoctiousand just want your money.they don't care about the customer and courtesy very poor. There put you in a car let you have it for a week and then take it cause they got caught commuting fraud and say it was you and then take it and leave you Hi and dry making you walk home. Now mind you I'm an oif war vetern so they don't care if you fought for your country neither. Stay away More

We heard him bashing what we had offered to the other men sitting at the front desk. It was an awful experience. We were treated so badly. He was your typical sleazy used car manager along with a rude salesperson. We will never go there to buy a car, new or used again. Do not give them your business. There are plenty of other decent dealerships out there to patronize. More
Beware deceptive service and inspection! My 89 year old mother recently took her car here for inspection. The car was purchased at this location, serviced yearly here and at present time, on My 89 year old mother recently took her car here for inspection. The car was purchased at this location, serviced yearly here and at present time, only driven about 500 miles a year--something that they know based on the service history. They failed the car, telling her she required a $1300 part replacement. Thankfully, she has her faculties and took the "failed" car to another local mechanic who inspected it, found wear on the part in question but based on car use found that it did not pose a hazard at this time. My mother paid an additional $33.00 for the pass inspection sticker. Deceitful and deceptive practices are certainly no stranger in this industry, but Caveat Emptor and choose another dealership unless you wish to be subjected to this sort of treatment. More

Despite always buying at Tri County Toyota (10 Stars, by the way) I finally found one at Del, so I made the 45 minute trip down. My father, step-mother, brother, and 2 of my friends bought there (about 6 years ago) so I thought... why not? I'm befuddled at how this place has drastically changed!! I've owned 34 vehicles and this was the worst experience. The ONLY exception was Dominic in service who was very kind, apologetic and took the time to listen to me and find a solution. Within the first 2 weeks I had to put new rotors, tires, and bearings on. The salesman called me "dumb" or that I had no clue what I was talking about on several occasions when I complained of issues (before and after sale). Jack Del was pulled in once after I, admittedly, caused a scene in the showroom. This only after the sales manager pulled major attitude with me and I was told that they wouldn't honor the 30 day warranty. Jack did step up and fix the issue (paid for bearings). I also had to have the front differential and axle shaft replaced all within the first 4 weeks of ownership. I understand the concept of a used car and am not an unrealistic person, but I don't know how they put new state inspection stickers on this vehicle. Of course the short test drive I got didn't reveal all this. Worried something else may happen, and learning that the salesman TOLD me I bought the full warranty and then learning I was given the cheapest I went to trade it (despite inequity). Went to Del Chevy where I bumped into Jack who, once he realized who I was, was apologetic and made a promise to fix everything and give me the very best deal, even going as far as to tell the salesman to slash everything and they would settle up on commission later. They actually gave me the absolute worst deal. Average of $3000 less for the Tundra than everyone else, and what seems to be full price for the truck. I hear the commercials every morning about how "Jack won't be beat" and "Top dollar for trades" and shake my head. I honestly thought and even hoped Jack would step up and make a believer out of me, but was disappointed yet again by Del Auto Group. Jack gave me his business card, but every time I call any number on it, I'm told he "doesn't work at this location". I took a friend with me to Del Chevy the same day to also buy a new vehicle. Suffice to say that they jerked him around too and he went the following Monday to another Chevy dealer and bought a top of the line Equinox. My mother is also looking for a new Chevy. Hey Jack.... pay attention. That's 3 sales lost now. I'd gladly change this review if Del Auto stepped up and made things right, but I'm not going to hold my breath. Let it also be known that I'm not looking for something for free. This isn't a "you sold me a crappy used car so now give me a new truck" deal. I'll say a prayer that I'm not stranded on the turnpike and consider it an expensive lesson. BE A SAVY CONSUMER and take caution. More
