Efficient car service but service staff unfriendly The person who greeted me ar the service desk was not friendly. He had a stern look about him and I was put off by his demeanor and tone. He was terse when he commented that I needed to call my insurance carrier to get a copy of my insurance card faxed. Otherwise the service experience was fine but I can go anywhere for service now that my car is not under any warranty so I’m thinking about going somewhere else next time. This dealership is 20 minutes from my house and not convenient to anything else for me. I don’t want to go out of my way anymore especially when I’m greeted by someone who isn’t friendly or glad to see me be such a loyal customer for so long. No thank you!!!!!!! More
