Overall just a very bad experience Don't get me wrong I do indeed think Toyota has a quality product and that is why I took the delivery of the 2018 Corolla. I was misled drawn in over advertising that Del was promoting. The promotion was getting you out of your old vehicle and into your new vehicle at the same payment or less. I was given a song and dance about the value of my trade in and was basically offered a payment at $100 more a month begrudgingly after going back and forth I received an offer which included Gap coverage and I did want the extended warranty but the cost will be more per month and I just really couldn't do it. Toyota also had a $1,500 rebate which was not applied to the loan. My credit was good so we did get a good APR but got shafted on the rebate. I did try to get in contact with Jim Lopez the general manager. In hopes of rectifying my situation.So left a message but it was never returned. More
