The first thing that struck us was how busy and energetic the dealership and service department were: lots of activity, lots of customers. Good vibe. As for our look at and test drive of a used Landcruiser on their lot, we received proper, courteous and informed attention (and direct, transparent answers to our questions about the vehicle) from the sales staff and also the service manager. We ended up purchasing the vehicle that same visit, and the transaction was handled professionally and in a manner leaving us entirely satisfied with Del Toyota. More

Terrible service. Taped engine wires with electrical tape. Went in for service because ABS and VSC lights were on. Charged an arm and leg to electrical tape the wires back together. Didn't fix the problem, the lights are still on and the wires are still disconnected by the wheels. They didn't do their job by ensuring ALL the wires were fixed. Especially by the tire where these wires would connect to these systems? Have to go back again! They better not charge again for repairs they should have done the first time!! More

We had not planned to buy on Saturday but things fell into place and we ended up driving away with a certified used 2017 Sienna. We had plans for the afternoon so Monica expedited the sale, with the cooperation of Ken Tran, and we returned the following Monday to finish up some items pertaining to the Navigation system. Brittany and Monica were most helpful in taking care of all our follow-up questions. This is the sixth car we have bought from Del Toyota. The experience keeps betting better each time.
