Nice facility but had to wait three hours for an oil change I arrived at 8 am for a 5,000 mile check on my Tacoma. Included an oil change. Didn’t get out until 11. Had to ask someone at 10 am how much longer th I arrived at 8 am for a 5,000 mile check on my Tacoma. Included an oil change. Didn’t get out until 11. Had to ask someone at 10 am how much longer this would take. Finally finished at 11 with no explanation as to why a basic service would take so long. Just “sorry for the wait.” Like the place, but this was inexcusable. More

Also was told the there was a 90 day trail program for SiriusXM by Marty and Ken after which you can sign on with them if you so choose- This particular has NO SiriusXM capability which is a GREAT disappointment to me since I have used it in the past- T make matters worse this model does NOT have a CD player which I use a great deal having hundreds of dollars invested in an extensive Library of CD’s- So might say I am not a” happy camper” but I still really like almost everything about the car . Should have been told up front- Spoke to Jack Del about the above but have nit heard from Him although he did call back but I was not svailable - left messages for him twice, r No return call yet Thank you for any help More

Great Dealership I called Del Toyota yesterday morning, My car broke down and I had no way into work. I’m only 18 years old but they worked with my credit score and on I called Del Toyota yesterday morning, My car broke down and I had no way into work. I’m only 18 years old but they worked with my credit score and only a $500 down payment to get me in a brand new 2018 Toyota Corolla. I couldn’t be more pleased. My salesman Derek was extremely helpful and I drove away in a BRAND NEW CAR! I would recommend them to anyone. More
BAD SERVICE The twit that helped me in service dept told me I HAD to buy four tires. I told him I was only going to buy one tire. He got pissed at me. I felt like I was making a huge mistake for not buying all four tires. When he came back to say the one tire has been replaced, he then said that while the tire was being changed another tire stated to loose air. Really, air leaks out without any pressure on the tire? How stupid does he think I am. I was a long time customer at Del Toyota and will not return again. Christine Haase More
