Great no haggle experience using the COSTCO auto plan I previously had a Toyota Prius (2005) and I knew I wanted another one after I handed that car off to my daughter. I used the COSTCO auto program whi I previously had a Toyota Prius (2005) and I knew I wanted another one after I handed that car off to my daughter. I used the COSTCO auto program which has pre-negotiated rates below the dealer invoice price. I did compare the price to a closer Toyota dealer, but the COSTCO price easily won. Dealing with the team at Del was a pleasure. I received a call from Tara within and hour or two of entering information on the COSTCO site, and I had two quotes in my email before the end of the day. The internet team (Tara & Nikki) were definitely no pressure in the sale and answered all my questions. I went in for a test drive with Jared to confirm everything was good and drove away with my new car after Angel demonstrated all the features and synced my phone to the Bluetooth. More

I’m a Raving Fan I had an unexpected low tire pressure gauge light the other morning. Also was due for 10K mike check. I called and was not surprised that they were al I had an unexpected low tire pressure gauge light the other morning. Also was due for 10K mike check. I called and was not surprised that they were already full for the day. I had a lot of driving to do and was concerned about the tire pressure. They told me to come down and they’d fit me in for that. One hour later they had addressed both the tire issue and 10K check (oil change) and I was on my way.
