Don't buy a used car here! I recently purchased a used 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe from them and have had nothing but problems! I had been getting my 2007 Scion tC serviced there for I recently purchased a used 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe from them and have had nothing but problems! I had been getting my 2007 Scion tC serviced there for years and always had great experiences with the service team and expected the same from the sales department when purchasing my next car. Unfortunately, that has not been the case at all, their post sale customer service leaves much to be desired. The salesman Ben Gomez was friendly, not too much pressure and the actual purchase process was a pretty standard experience. However, I don't think they do enough prep or inspections on the used cars before they put them out for sale and don't want to take any responsibility for anything once they get your money. My car has a defective radio and the driver's door doesn't lock properly among other things. It has been over a month and I'm still trying to get both of these issues resolved and so far rather than trying to make things right for a long term customer, the sales Manager Jim Lopez has acted like I'm inconveniencing him by asking them to stand behind their satisfaction guarantee. I would never buy another used car from them and I wouldn't even recommend them to my worst enemy. ***UPDATE*** 09/11/14 - I'm still waiting for my radio to be fixed/replaced, they're finally looking at the door. However in a private response to this review in writing no less, the sales manager promised to "do everything I asked for". I asked for an oil change and a car wash as compensation for my time and trouble and now that I'm here he refused to honor that unless I change my review! More

They treat their customers well and with respect. I would recommend if in the market for a Toyota. More
I brought my car less than 48 hours ago and already major problems. It squeals like a newborn and loses power randomly. I was almost hit at an intersection due to the power loss. My sales person Kevin B. kindly contacted me to see if I made it back to Baltimore before a recent snow storm. During my reply I brought up the power loss issue and asked what could be done about it. Here is the response I received: "Sam we sold the car as is. I would suggest you take it to a mechanic." I would not recommend buying a used car from them. I was not even given the option to bring to car back for them to look at it and then charge me for the repair. Note to the manager. Don't just sell cars- sell quality cars that you would buy. My car was delivered to me dirty both inside and out the alignment was off and during the test drive I was told they wouldn't fix that and now safety issues. Very poor business practice. More

Owner of the dealership (Jack Del) actually greeted us at the door upon pick up and had someone do a final check and test drive before we were allowed to take the vehicle. Great Customer Service! I went to Del Toyota on the recommendation of a friend who had bought cars there before, and a search I did on cars.com. I had no intention of buying a used Sienna van, but Josh and Jimmy made the whole who had bought cars there before, and a search I did on cars.com. I had no intention of buying a used Sienna van, but Josh and Jimmy made the whole process so easy that I drove out of there with a great deal and a great car! I will make sure I tell everyone I know to go to Del when they are looking for their next car. More
Shopping for a car can be frustrating, but not with Paul from Del Toyota. I exchanged about 30 emails with him about the car before purchasing the car. I live in NJ, so I took the extra precaution on the long drive. He took the time to explain to me how their dealership works, but I still was not convinced about buying a car from them. However, what convinced me is seeing the car (amazing condition) and extreme support / help from Paul, he made the decision easy, informed me of everything that I needed to know including providing CarFax, went for a test ride, told me that the car has been at the lot for couple months, also mentioned a little about the previous owner and how the car was used. Overall if you are going to Del Toyota Paul Foltz is your guy for your next car. More
I was offered a good price on a camry hybrid with a price match for my tradein (original offer was lower). The day before, I was approved by Toyota for 0% financing. My quotes were in my emails. Two and a half hours later, while writing up my paperwork, I noticed that they had put the tradein correctly, but the vehicle was listed as msrp not the amount agreed upon. I kindly pointed this out. The kind Toyota rep, Crystal McClairen, agreed this was incorrect and returned to her manager. When she reappeared, she said that her manager said, they had decided that I don't qualify for the 0%. This has been a constant rat race. The final experience left me with a clear indication that they intended this "slip". I am a single mother of four kids. I don't expect favoritism, but I realize these folks won't stand by their word. DECEPTIVE practices! Buyer beware! More
The used truck, which was only owned for 3 months, obviously had some previous engine problems (in my opinion) and the purchased warranty, which was supposed to cover the engine problems did not. Being that we were two time returning customers the expectation of customer service was a lot higher than what was given. More
