Very good Came-in for a tire repair and I was all ready to have to pay for a new tire (as this has happened at other places in the past when it probably could h Came-in for a tire repair and I was all ready to have to pay for a new tire (as this has happened at other places in the past when it probably could have been fixed). All it needed was repairing $21.00 as opposed to over $250.00 for a new tire for my truck. Thanks for saving me a lot of money. More

Work not completed I had them fix a piece of my car that came loose when I hit a bump. They were nice. They fit me in right away. However, the work is not done well. Jared truly cares that you are happy with your purchase. Ed in financing was great and explained everything in detail even though it was way past closing time on a Saturday. I purchased a 2018 Limited Highlander from Nick Abbatista who was friendly, attentive, and prompt in responding to all of my questions and needs. (And let me just say I ask A LOT of questions and I am EXTREMELY detail-oriented. —In fact they probably deserve recognition or some type of award just for all the patience they exercised in answering my hundreds of questions! Especially with regard to finance rates, etc.) Overall, this is my 5th Toyota purchase and my 4th Highlander. I purchased a new Highlander as an anniversary gift for my husband. We live just over an hour away from DelToyota so all communications took place via text, email, and telephone to keep the secret and to eliminate the need for multiple trips to the dealership. Nick and Patrick went above and beyond to get the precise interior and exterior I wanted and had all the details worked out so that when I arrived to take delivery, Nick met me right outside of the building entrance, we walked around the vehicle, and then I waited less than 10 minutes to meet with Ken in finance to sign paperwork and hand over payment for the vehicle. I was in and out, leaving with my husband’s surprise gift in less than and hour. (Maybe even closer to 30 minutes.) That’s the smoothest, quickest transaction I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle!
