Disappointed I have always gotten great service until this new car. Additions to the new car were done later than offered. The service lost a key to a cargo box that was on a special key ring. It didn't matter that I wrote what was needed and spoke to several people everyone acted as though I never mentioned the requested instructions. Everything in the back of my van that I installed ( dog crates etc) were detached and I received no knowledge of this and was sadly disappointed in having to redo all of this. I am hopeful that we get back to our old decent and competant relationship.On a good note at least everyone was patient with my anger and disappointment. More
