We went there to test drive a Camry and look for a good deal to buy or lease a new one. The old gentleman was a little pushy for a CE model which we had no interest buying. We wanted to LE and it took a while to convince him that we weren't going to buy a CE (which is the bare minimum of a Camry). He was also very restrictive in terms of where we can go with the car during test drive, he let us us drive just one block around the dealership. He knew that we did our research and looked up invoice prices and national marketing value of the car, he was still asking for, pushing for their sale price, which was far above MSRP. We left the dealership without buying anything. I called him again two days later to see if they had another model on the lot, he was giving me all these salesman tricks about "they only have one car on the lot, it just came, may not be there long, very popular car, etc". The price he gave me was far beyond MSRP. He must think all customers are idiots. I told him that his prices were inflated and that I'd never visit his store again. More
