I've only bought used cars at Del and always ask the service department to check out the car first. I have never been disappointed in the 15 years we've been dealing there. Terrible. Just terrible. I am a life long, loyal Terrible. Just terrible. I am a life long, loyal Toyota owner and have been getting all of my cars serviced at this place since I moved here. So, Terrible. Just terrible. I am a life long, loyal Toyota owner and have been getting all of my cars serviced at this place since I moved here. So, it seemed a natural progression to buy a car there when the need arose about 2 months ago. I bought a used 4-Runner and was assured that it had been owned by only one person and had also undergone a "rigorous safety and mechanical inspection" by their service department. I paid fair market value for the vehicle - they did me no favors in terms of savings. Within 200 miles of driving the car, I realized that the front brake rotars were shot. I took it back and they offered to replace the rotars. We are now 4,000 miles into those rotars and they are shot. I took it in and not only are they not standing by their own repair, they informed me that the vehicle needs $3200 in repairs - including cat. converters, front brakes, plugs and wires, timing belt, transmission overhaul, tune up, etc. Clearly, I was concerned now about their service department so I took it to a recommended, independant mechanic. They have indicated that all of these repairs are necessary and were very surprised when I told them that Del was not going to do anything to make this right. So much so that THEY gave me a discount! They told me that Del had put on the cheapest set of rotars available as after-market parts, not the set of OEM parts they told me they were. When I called with my concerns, the General Manager was rude and told me "Too bad" and that it was none of his concern. So, all I can do now is fix what should have been fixed initially and warn as many people as I can about this shoddy business. More

This is the by far best car dealership i have been too. I was treated with such kindness and respect the whole time i was there. I was so happy with how i was treated i had to brag to my friends. My wife and I have purchased a few vehicles in the past and have never had such a wonderful experience in buying a car. Faith was our sales person. She was phenomenal! What a great person! Knowledgeable, helpful, personable, but most of all NOT PUSHY!!! This was not your typical sales person. She asked us what we needed in a vehicle and presented us with options that met and exceeded what we were looking for, but kept in our price range. She worked quickly and efficiently. We took one vehicle for a test drive, and by the time we were back, the next vehicle was there waiting and my trade-in was being evaluated. After our second test drive my wife and I were undecided. Faith gave us what the payments would be for each vehicle and told us to take the SUV we weren't sure about to lunch. Ultimately we decided on the Toyota Highlander which I could not recommend more. The payment Faith gave us was at our maximum, but we still wanted an extended warranty and GAP insurance, this is where Charlene worked her magic. She and Faith went to bat for me and my wife with a co-worker who said it could not be done. Charlene disagreed and made it happen. Charlene was as much a gem to work with as Faith. She was fun, energetic, and above all provided my wife and I excellent customer service. If I had more money to spend, I'd be back every week to buy a new car from Faith and Charlene at Del Toyota. I don't feel like I walked out of the dealership with just a new car, but I'd like to think I left with two new friends. One of the best experiences in purchasing any consumer good that my wife and I have ever had. Thank you Faith & Charlene. More
Both my wife and I have purchased used cars from Del Toyota. I bought a Dodge Caravan and my wife bought a Toyota 4-runner. We have been treated very well by our sales person Steve Musser who has remianed very helpful even years after the sale. The salesman i was lucky to deal was steven musser. Till yesterday i was sold on buying a ford. And do to stevens great service i found out how much smoother the ride was. To top it off he put me into a new 2011 camry with more options for 30 dollars less a month than the ford told me on a base 2010 fusion. thanks again steve job well done. More

I called them twice and asked flat out about the milage of the brand new car I was purchasing and what they told me was all a farce. Then when it came to signing the papers (and me noticing the correct information on the forms) they sat there and tried to deny that they ever told me different. Funny, the mileage isn't a deal-breaker. But being lied to repeatedly is. I'll take my business to a dealer who won't insult my intelligence. More
