There is a reason I keep coming back! This was my third Rav 4 purchase at Del. After a recent accident that totaled my 5 year old Rav, we decided to just "take a look". Nick Albattista imm This was my third Rav 4 purchase at Del. After a recent accident that totaled my 5 year old Rav, we decided to just "take a look". Nick Albattista immediately greeted us, quickly determined what I wanted and had me test drive a new Rav. When I wasn't happy with the interior color and not wild about the new red color, he walked us through the lot to show me alternative combinations. He explained all the new features, which have changed tremendously in 5 years. I fell in love with another color and we quickly test drove it. I was hooked. We talked numbers and we were given privacy to discuss what we wanted. The manager gave us great prices and we decided that while other places could give us similar deals, our past history with Del service and salespeople was a huge incentive to stay local. Jim Lopez, Brit, Angel (who explained some really cool new features!) And Eddie Torres (who made paperwork, relatively painless) all assisted us flawlessly and gave us the same consistent, polite, and respectful service we have come to expect at Del. PS....I LOVE this car! More

What a relief! When I decided to consider a used Toyota for my next vehicle, I contacted the dealer nearest my home via on-line chat and explained the specific year, When I decided to consider a used Toyota for my next vehicle, I contacted the dealer nearest my home via on-line chat and explained the specific year, model, and trim line I wanted to test drive, with the over-all goal of test driving several different makes/models and making a purchase in the next 6 months or so. I was asked to make an appointment to come in to the dealer as soon as possible, no mention of whether they had the vehicle in which I was interested in inventory. Noticing this glaring omission, I asked "You don't have that model in stock, do you? Or you would have said so." The dealership called and emailed repeatedly over the next week, always pushing for me to come in NOW. I finally managed to get off their call list and email list, and vowed I would never do business with them. Skip forward, and I tried several other vehicles over 2 months or so. I still wanted to drive a Toyota Venza, so I searched on the Toyota website for other dealers in the vicinity, then searched their inventories for Venzas. Finding one listed at Del Toyota, I called to ask if it was still available. Erin in the on-line sales department told me that it was, and I made arrangements to go in for a test drive at no specific time on Saturday "just come in when it's convenient." When I arrived in the late morning, I was met outside by Connor Christman, and I asked for Erin. Connor seated me by his desk and went to find Erin while offering me a cup of coffee or tea. He came back with Erin in a very few minutes, After saying hello, she indicated Connor would handle the test drive and demo. I described my plan to Connor, who was not fazed by the possibility of providing a test drive and possibly not closing a sale any time soon, if at all. We went for a drive while he described the merits of Toyotas in general, the Venza, and this particular specimen in particular. I went home planning to continue my test drives (there was at least one more model on my not-so-short list). As I went about the rest of my day, I found myself thinking, instead, about how much I liked the Venza and how it fit exactly what I was looking for. I pondered how I could free-up funds now, as opposed to 6 months from now, to make the purchase. I called Connor back near the end of their Saturday business hours and explained I wanted the Venza, with a trade-in and cash deal to be completed on Monday, assuming we could come to an agreeable number. We did. The closing and paperwork went quickly (thank you, Sean), after which Angel connected my i-phone to the car's infotainment system and walked me through the basics. Without her assist, I would probably have waited until at least the weekend to try it, and would likely have struggled (I'm no technocrat). So I am very grateful for her help. I was able to drive home using the on-board navigation system rather than my old Garmin. This was as nearly painless a car purchase as I have ever experienced (there is always some pain in parting with a trusty old car and hard-earned cash). I would, and will, recommend Del Toyota, Erin, Connor, Sean and Angel to anyone I know who is looking to buy a car. More
