Absolutely disgusting behavior! I don't write complaints however the unprofessional-ism displayed today has to be made aware somehow. I called in about a car I saw online; a black 2006 Scion Xb Manual. I called Del and Braydon took my call. He said the Xb was there so I could come in and drive it. I told him I was an hour away, and he confirmed it was ready to go. About 5 minutes into my drive there, I called Braydon back and asked that he RECONFIRM that the car is a manual transmission, as stated online. He didn't hesitate to confirm. He said "Yes. 5 speed manual. Come on in and ask for me." 1 hour later, I arrive at the dealer and ask for Braydon. Braydon walks up and introduces me to a Salesman; an older foreign gentleman who was very polite. This Salesman tells me that the car is in the shop getting inspected... this is the opposite of it being ready, like Braydon stated an hour ago. 10 minutes later, the Salesman pulls a red 2006 Xb in front of the store and says that it can be test driven now. I walk up to the car's open driver door and notice it has an automatic transmission... I didn't even care that the car wasn't black, as said online, because I was so completely dumbfounded that my efforts of confirming and reconfirming the manual trans were all for nothing. I just can't understand how something could have been so easily avoided had Braydon just checked for the thing I asked for THREE TIMES before making the trip. The Salesman told me Braydon was just the internet guy... This was advertised on the internet! Braydon, better than anyone should have KNOWN the details on this specific car then. Especially after assuring me that the online details were correct. I even opened the Del Toyota car details on my phone and showed it to the Salesman; "A black 2006 Scion Xb Manual." The salesman also tried that tactic of offering me another car that he said is the same, but is not in reality. One of those, "You wanted the Xb, well I have a green bulldozer for sale. It's almost the same." Again, the Salesman was very polite and just doing his job. He was very understanding in the matter. He called it a "misunderstanding". Given my valiant efforts to avoid this misunderstanding, I can only label this as pure ignorance on Braydon's behalf. However, this rant ends here. I don't expect Del to somehow rectify their mistake in having me drive 2 hours round trip for a car that never existed, though they insisted it did. More
Be careful of this dealership This occurred on Saturday 10/29/16. I spoke with Braided (Internet Sales Team) couple of days back and agreed on a price for a 2017 New Camry XLE V6 B This occurred on Saturday 10/29/16. I spoke with Braided (Internet Sales Team) couple of days back and agreed on a price for a 2017 New Camry XLE V6 Blizzard Pearl. The plan was to stop by this morning and take care of the paper work and the delivery. Yesterday, Braided called me and confirmed my appointment. I told him I am travelling two hours to make this purchase because of the price, mileage and the color. I asked him if there is any catch. He said there is no catch. I asked him what the mileage is, he said, “it is a brand new car – it has 2 miles”. This morning, I arrived at the dealership at 12:15. After driving for 2.5 hours (got stuck in a traffic accident on PA turnpike), I was exhausted but exited to be buying a new car. Braided came over gave me a cold handshake and said Jared will take care of my purchase of the Highlander. I was surprised – since Braided knows the numbers, I was under the impression that he was going to take care of the transaction. I promptly corrected him that it is not the Highlander I am there for, it is the Camry. He said, “yeah, yeah, the Camry. Jared will be your sales man” and he went away within 10 seconds. I said to myself, this is not a good sign. Jared went to get the keys for the car and as we were walking towards the car, Jared said, “your 2004 Camry is very nice”. I was again surprised and this time I was upset. I stopped Jared and said to him, “I am not here for a 2004 Camry. I am here for a 2017 new Camry XLE V6. I have worked out all the details with Braided and it feels like I am starting this all over again”. He apologized and we came back to the showroom to get the “correct” keys to the “correct” car. I asked to speak with Braided. I was told he was on phone. Meanwhile, Jared had me sit down and fill the form to start the inspection of my trade-in car. He then brought the keys to the “correct” Camry and what came from his mouth was shocking. He said, “YOU DO REALIZE THIS IS A DEMO CAR RIGHT? YOU DO REALIZE THIS HAS OVER 3000 MILE RIGHT?” I was speechless for couple of minutes. I told him, Braided said it had 2 miles and that it is a brand new car. I told Jared, “I have not done anything wrong to Braided or to you. Why are you guys doing this to me?” I told Braided yesterday that I will be driving for over 2 hours one way to make that purchase and specifically asked for the mileage. He lied to me by saying it had 2 miles, he did not disclose it was a demo car and on top of that when I went to the dealership, he just handed me over to another sales man and was not interested in processing the transaction. I asked to speak with Braided while I was there at least 5 to 6 times. Every time he was either on the phone or too busy and never came out to resolve the matter. Jared brought the manager I forgot his name. By this time I was so upset, I asked for my car keys and left the dealership. I believe in God and I know God will hold Braided accountable for what he did to me – it is just the matter of time. I hope Mr.Del knows the kind of dealership he is running and how his employees are treating the customers. As I was driving back to my home (two hours), two questions kept popping into my head. 1. Where is humanity headed? For some dollars of profit, people are ready to play with other peoples’ emotions and cause hardship to them? I hope God does not severely punish Braided for what he did to me. I hope Braided is able to sleep tight in the night with clear conscience knowing how his sales practices are. The sad part is there are so many consumer agencies and none of them are able to do anything so the consumers are not taken for a ride like this. What did I do wrong here? I found a vehicle, worked out the numbers over the phone because I live far. I asked for the mileage and whether it was new. I was given the assurance that it is new and there are only 2 miles on it only to get the surprise after going to the showroom. I will be sending a copy of this to Mr.Del, BBB, PA Consumer affairs and see if anybody takes any action. More

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! First just let me say I Never post reviews so needless to say I am very upset about this experience. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I bought a First just let me say I Never post reviews so needless to say I am very upset about this experience. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I bought a pre owned honda crv from here last month and it was FILTHY DIRTY. Below is the email I sent to the general manager and the contact us form on their website. (I have not gotten a response from either email or the follow up email with the receipt for almost $200 that I had to pay out of pocket to get my new car detailed): I just bought a pre owned 2013 honda crv from here last week (end of Sept) and picked it up yesterday. We specified we wanted it cleaned before picking it up. Every pre owned vehicle I have seen at a dealership has been in like new condition as far as cleanliness so when the salesman assured us it would be cleaned upon picking it up I was under the impression that it would be DETAILED as in every nook, cranny, crack, and crevice would be cleaned like every other pre owned vehicle I looked at or test drove from other dealerships in my lifetime. The interior was so disgustingly dirty after they "cleaned" it that I had to point out obvious dirty marks that they cleaned up after marking them with stickers. These were just a few obvious stains I could see in the poorly lit bay. As soon as I moved anything like the visor, seat, seat belt, armrest, etc I found more dirt. I took a white cloth to just about any part of the black interior and it would show dirt. ALL the dirt should have been cleaned not just some of the very visible stains, I should not have had to point out anything that obvious. I am very upset about this and would like some assistance with the $200 to $300 I now have to pay to get my car professionally detailed as it should have been by the dealership. Cleanliness is one of the main reasons I buy from a dealership and not a personal owner. There are dirt and stains that are easily removed everywhere. I pulled down the visor on my way home only to find black marks (again came off fairly easy with a little elbow grease). I do not have all the special tools and cleaners to clean everything myself so please fix this matter. I would like a check or a gift card to help pay for this detailing that should have been done by you. I do not live close by and since Del toyota has proven that they do not know the meaning of clean I'm not driving back for a third try at "clean". I am going to use an outside company and would appreciate help with the payment to make this right. This is costing me time, aggravation, and money. The salesman was quick to pass the blame on everyone else about everything. I do not care who's at fault only that this is made right. Also he tried to charge us for new tags when they were not needed which we found out from the financial lady who corrected it. I have a few sample pics to show proof of dirt but there is no way to attach them to this contact form and could not find any direct email address More

First we were told a spot we noticed on the side of the van was just dirt which it end up being a large chip in the paint, we were told their were two remotes and there was only one remote and one key, then he said he would have it detailed and it hadn't even had a basic vacuuming (it was gross in so many ways), then the sales associate said he would pick up my friend from the airport in the morning but at 11pm the night before he text and said he was going to work at the dealership instead. So we called and gave them a chance to make this right and the manger admitted that what happened was wrong but he wouldnt do anything to make it right. That is why I am leaving a poor review. More

I drove over two hours from North Jersey to buy from this dealership. One positive, yes I bought a beautiful car! However, I feel really awful . At the end of the sale, I dropped over $40000 and giving my trade-in away at a loss, my sale person said man i want to go home because I only made $100 from you. I found myself arguing for basic things and respect. If you purchase from this dealership, you must be informed, patient, and able to navigate unprofessional encounters. Honestly, I would have walked away. However, Jim , the General Manager, met my payment budget and found 2.39 interest rate. Overall, i payed $3000 more than I expected but i can stomach it. But the poor customer service experience is hard to digest. More
