A little compassion goes a long way! In an attempt to keep it brief, i will just say that. I went in for service that i thought was Part of my Toyota care warranty. When I was handed a bill for the service I was very upset that I was not told there would be a charge. I sent in an email stating my dissatisfaction and got a return phone call from an associate who was less than pleasant. Very disgusted I wrote a scathing review originally on this site and in addition to contacting the Better Business Bureau regarding my concerns. The service manager Mike contacted me and simply said He understood my situation and he too would be upset if he were handed a bill for a service he thought was no charge. He made a connection on a human level as opposed to just being a name and a car make on a piece of paper. It is with great confidence that what I will return to this dealership for my future dealings Red car purchases in addition to schedule maintenance due to the level of customer service I received over this one incident More

Everyone except Jerry from service. This location is conveniently located which is my primary reason for using it. Jerry, the person that usually checks in your vehicle, is curt and certainly less than friendly. I dread interacting with him. More
