I like this service center I have been happy with the free service I’ve received at this service center. My previous car promised free service but when I went for my first oil c I have been happy with the free service I’ve received at this service center. My previous car promised free service but when I went for my first oil change they charge over $100 in labor and fought with them. It’s nice and peaceful here and the people seem friendly. More

Had warranty work done Jack in service is very easy to work with. He was very accommodating in getting me a rental while my 2007 Tacoma was having warranty work. There are a couple of minor issues with regard to the repair- for example, the USB cable for my after-market radio was removed while they were working in the vehicle and not replaced. No big deal, but I have to go back for them to address it. More

Dishonest Recently purchased a used car from this dealer. Looked it over and noticed some minor dings and scrapes, so they detailed it and fixed them. Car looked new, in great shape so I purchased it. Once I got home I took some photos and noticed a dent very low on the door sil, so low that I had to be standing pretty far to the side to see it. Unfortunately this also has rust on it, on a 3 year old car. The dealer did not disclose this to me even after detailing it. The detail team didn’t even attempt to touch it up despite fixing the other dings. They of course also are unwilling to fix it aside from applying some touch up paint. I understand I should have noticed prior to purchasing but I still find the dealer’s actions shady and dishonest. I’ve dealt with better private sellers. More
