Worth driving to from out of state. I was searching for a specific vehicle (tacoma off road, tech and premium packages, in Cement) and was willing to travel for the best price. I spoke to dozens of dealers to get a price for the same truck. Del not only had the best price by 1500 but they also didn't tack on ridiculous fees. I drove 2.5 hours each way for this truck and I couldn't be happier with that choice. Angel, Britt, Nikki, Sean and Don were great to work with. More

Color doesn’t matter till it does.... They searched dealers in the area, found one we liked, went and got it, prepped it, and we were out the door with our new car in 2 hours, at the agreed to Costco price. They were exceptional in every aspect of our transaction. We highly recommend Del Toyota ! More

Good Pricing and Internet Consultations Dealer had the exact car I wanted and although they were 3+ hrs. away decided to pursue the purchase. I communicated with Erin Bauer who was very responsive and helpful answering all my queries. She did make a mistake on quoting me a monthly payment but she was very accommodating. Upon arrival, I was informed by our salesman, Ben Lopez, another mistake had been made and the deal that we had make electronically prior to me arriving included in error on their part. He apologized but they would not honor the pricing. Ben made a remark that they "would have no problem selling it" as to refer to a oh well on their part. At no point did the GM come out and apologize or try to make the deal right. So I ending up paying another ~$30 per month for 4 years because of their error. I could have made this a bigger issue as I had the price and terms in writing but I chose the friendly approach to the situation. I also had applied for a $25 test drive gift card and was told that was no longer valid. I showed Ben the offer and they then agreed to reduce the car by $25.. Not sure why the pettiness on their part after sticking me to a higher payment because of their error. There was also a problem with how PA titles cars for out of state resiendts and that was also annoying but we worked a solution. The whole experience also took ore time that required and with a 3+ hr. ride home I wish they could have been faster. I do love the car and am glad Del Toyota had it in stock. I hope they learn from this review and improve their customer interaction. More
