Heather stayed late to work on the financing, and gave us a very competitive rate. She went through the numbers with us very thoroughly to make sure we understood all the figures. And Joe gave us an excellent detailed introduction to the basic and advanced features of our new Highlander. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend. More
