Service/Sales feedback I was happy with Service Department. Jack Fitzpatrick was helpful and responsive. He explained all to me and answered all my questions. I bought additional maintenance from him because I felt taken care of. I was disappointed with Derek Thrailkill. When he sold me the car in December 2019,he was great. I gave him A plus. This year i reached out to him to get information on sample of the touch up paint and at first he was responding to my emails and then he stopped. I sent few emails and one voice mail and got nothing from him. I felt completely ignored. I understand that he may not be the right person to reach out to,but he should at the minimum reply to my email and say something. I got my paint finally,thanks to Jack Fitzpatrick. I would not go back to Derek or recommend him to my family or friends. More
