He took our info and repeatedly helped us understand our vehicle, how it satisfied our wants and needs. We talked to at least six other dealers of Toyotas and the hunduyi that we were replacing. No question was too much for him to respond and research to help us clarify our needs. Finally we settled on the car that we purchased. It was a trying time to understand all the technology available on the vehicle.since we were not that tech savvy. However we now feel very comfortable in our new vehicle and only hope that the Toyota technology will satisfy us after this purchase. More

When doing the test drive with Shawn, he explained some of the features and answered all of my questions! While waiting for my paperwork to be ready, I was asked to meet with Angel who took me to the car, snapped a pic with Shawn and myself and then while in the car, Angel paired my phone with the car and went over a lot of the tech stuff. She said that if I had any questions to reach out to her. This is my second lease with Del Toyota and I am completely satisfied once again. I wasn't rushed to make a decision, nor was I overwhelmed. I didn't feel like a customer, I felt like I was talking to a friend or family member. A great staff all around! Thank you for the great service!!! More
