Even though they rotate each time I drive he said I should do it so I said ok. The Toyota service and Brett are way better than mercedes in West chester. I have a Mercedes I take there and they are the worst. Always lie and take forever and charge a fortune. I need Brett to go work there! More

Poor service It was recommended that we replace the shocks in our sequoia so we had went ahead and did that repair. A few days later, the check engine light/VSC Tr It was recommended that we replace the shocks in our sequoia so we had went ahead and did that repair. A few days later, the check engine light/VSC Track warning lights came on, we were told that the air pressure valve needed to be replaced so we went ahead and did that repair too. After repair was completed, we were assured service ran diagnostics and there were no other issues with the car. However, a few days later, the same warming lights came on and the car was still not functioning as it should (not accelerating) and this time, the repair needed was the air pump replacement. The repair cost was substantial ($2200)z We have put our almost $4000 in all repairs and I feel like I have been getting the run around with Toyota service. Are they doing the correct repairs? Are they doing quality control control? It is obvious that they are not as the issue has not been resolved. I had purchase our sequoia at this location (Del Toyota) and they have been serving our truck for 13 years. I trusted these guys but now I’m questioning the quality of the service and repairs. I’m hoping the issues will be resolved. I am not satisfied. More
