Disappointed My car has a large scratch in the tailgate and it was not able to be buffed out. We haven't heard anything since! Also it was to have an oil CHANGE. He sat and asked what we were looking for and went a found us the new Rav 4 we ended up purchasing. He was amazing as was everybody else involved in the process. He took the time and showed us and explained in detail every feature and aspect of the car. Had I know how smoothly and easy the process was going to be we would not have even shopped anywhere else. If you are in eastern PA there is no other Toyota dealership you should stop at. More
