Buyers beware!!! Dealer is not honest! Bought a 14 Grand Cherokee. We took it for a test drive and things seemed ok.. After doing the paperwork, I went to pull out of the lot, the 4 wheel d Bought a 14 Grand Cherokee. We took it for a test drive and things seemed ok.. After doing the paperwork, I went to pull out of the lot, the 4 wheel drive seized up. Shame on us for not testing the 4 wheel drive more thoroughly. We went back into and explained what happened (mind you we never got off the lot). They weren’t at all accommodating. I asked if they could have their shop look at it in the morning. We left it there, the next morning my husband called and they weren’t not willing to help us at all. All they kept saying was they didn’t offer any warranties on it that it was as is!!! The sales/service manager said they knew there was something wrong with the 4wheel drive and decided not to disclose the issue. They were not willing to fix the problem either. After several hours of back and forth they gave us $500 off of the purchase price. Which meant we had to drive another hour back out there to resign all the paperwork. After leaving again, they had messed the paperwork up and we had to turn around and go back AGAIN!!! Buyer beware I don’t feel like this dealership is honest!!! More

The dealership is modern, clean, up to date, and a comfortable service / waiting area. Everyone was courteous & professional, and easy to deal with. This dealership works as a TEAM.
