Best dealership experience I've ever had. I drove almost 2 hours to get here and was nervous because I have plenty of toyota dealerships near me that I could of went to. Amr Rizk is a cool guy! My GF and I went shopping last min with short amount of time to look for a car for her and walked out with a new (used) car with a great deal. As I am My GF and I went shopping last min with short amount of time to look for a car for her and walked out with a new (used) car with a great deal. As I am not one to leave a review till after we do some maintenance visits but I had a good feeling the moment I walked into the dealership. Ashley who I spoke to on the phone was very nice when I called. Then came to say hello when we came into look at the car. Amr was down to earth and as nice as salesmens come. He explained everything to us and helped us understand everything. Probably the most easy sale he had in awhile! Also Jim in Finance was very cool and even helped me lower my Insurance while he worked with my GF with her contract signing. My GF is happy with her purchase and hopefully will have many years of enjoyment in her new car thanks to Del Toyota Coatesville. Thanks Ashley, Amr & Jim and Del Toyota for a pleasant experience in getting my GFs new car purchase. Hope to have the same experience in your service dept also.
