Del Toyota was the best! The process of finding the car we wanted was fairly seamless and we were pleasantly surprised that it actually arrived earlier than expected. Our salesman, Chris, did a great job of helping us choose what we wanted understand the different features available and was super patient on a test drive of a related vehicle (since the type we chose was not available to drive.) His informative discussion regarding the reasons to buy Toyota over other makes was very convincing. Chris called us right away when our choice arrived and we immediately came in to claim it! In our case, it was somehow assumed that the vehicle we purchased had remote start as a feature. The dealership needs to make sure that the sales person knows how to determine that for the individual auto being delivered. The Toyota app for that car will tell you that. Thanks, Chris! A very welcome added bonus was the patiently attentive instruction on the part of Ryanne. She had a great way of listening to the buyer's questions as well as continuing to explain all features of the vehicle's dash area until she was satisfied that they were covered. Ryanne helped get us download the Toyota app and showed us its uses. Thanks, Ryanne! The checkout procedure was pleasant and smooth. Very,Very please with my Tacoma Sport I just got from Del Toyota. Salesman Ed Pollock was very nice. All the other personnel @ Del were very nice & accommodating. Del informed us of a $4,000.00 up charge over LIST price due to the demand of this type vehicle. Their Website had listed the list price. This is at least false advertisement! I was in need of a new vehicle due to a crash I had 4 weeks prior. Very disappointed with this type of business conduct!! Del Toyota should be ashamed for taking advantage of their customer! I will struggle to go back to Del again. That being said....I could not be happier with my Tacoma. More
