Andrei was awesome. He was willing to work with me via email while most dealerships wouldn’t, even after I explained I was an hour away from them. He was quick to respond back answering any questions that email while most dealerships wouldn’t, even after I explained I was an hour away from them. When the Atlas Cross Sport I inquired about arrived at the dealership, he emailed me pics of it along with the window sticker to make sure it’s the one I wanted. After that, he emailed me a buyer’s order to show what we discussed previously in pricing was legit. I had a trade-in, so I took the hour drive the next day, and they beat the other dealerships by giving me $2K more for my old SUV. The rest is history, and I’m driving my new Atlas Cross Sport. I would highly recommend Andrei and Deel for their transparency. More

I arrived there and at car intake the rep did not explain what the options were as I was without a car. I had to inquire about getting a ride home vs waiting there for hours. The driver was very nice. They picked me up in the afternoon when the car was ready however service rep just took me to the cashier when I got there and did not go over what was done to the car…would have been nice for him to explain what they found and what they did in addition to the service. Also, I was used to the car being washed after it was serviced… they do not do that here. I will try service at another dealer next time. More
