I would like to recognize Jose Figarola and the entire service team at Deel Volkswagen for their outstanding professionalism, communication, and dedication throughout a very complex warranty repair on our 2023 Volkswagen GTI SE DSG. Our vehicle required a complete cylinder head replacement due to a manufacturing defect, a significant repair that involved extensive parts procurement and coordination while the required components were on national backorder. Throughout the process, Jose kept us consistently informed of the repair status, provided timely updates, and was always courteous, knowledgeable, and responsive to our questions and concerns. Once all necessary parts arrived, the Deel Volkswagen service team worked diligently to complete the repair as quickly and thoroughly as possible. Their attention to detail, commitment to quality workmanship, and customer-focused approach gave us confidence that the repair was being handled correctly. While no owner wants to experience a major mechanical issue on a relatively new vehicle, the way Jose and the Deel Volkswagen team managed the situation made a difficult experience much easier. Their professionalism, transparency, and genuine concern for customer satisfaction were evident from start to finish. Jose Figarola is one of the best service advisors Deel VW has. He is plesant, knowledgeable and very attentive to customers needs.
The Service process needs improvement. They are trying, but the weak link is training of admin staff. First, I telephone booked an appointment, then it did not show up in their system. Had to rebook. Second, after service was completed, they brought me the wrong car and could not figure out where my car was. My frustrated Service Advisor (Yunior) finally had to get it himself. The physical plant itself is clean and pleasant.
