Reynaldo the service advisor was very respectful, helpful and knowledgeable. I cannot say the same thing for rest of the office support. They come across as lacking the most basic prople skills required when providing dealership support to its customers. Good morning...How can be of service?...is there anything else you need? Can I explain and give you a breakdown of the work done and the charges... Here is a copy of the free multipoint inpection we conducted.. These ARE some of the recommendations and better personnel training the service dept. needs to implement and improve. Thank you very much.
