They had the car cleaned and washed and we left the dealership with a full tank of gas, which was a great relief considering my hometown is 3 and a half hours away! More

I had an excellent experience with the Dean Team upon my previous Subaru purchase so I, of course placed a call to The Dean Team for my truck purchase. I described what vehicle type and features that I was interested in. They had actually gotten one in!!! Two nights later, after working 8am-8pm, I was picking my truck up!!!! They stayed late for me and worked quickly with my paper work. I still got home in time to get enough sleep to get up in the morning and get back to work...in my new truck!!!! I love these guys!!!! We came in looking to put actual money on a 2013 Impreza with 2014 around the corner. We had originally been dealing with Shaun, who was far nicer, more respectful, competent, and more than anything, ready with 2014 around the corner. The internet price was above Kelly Blue Book value so we weren't going to pay it, we were expecting less especially considering that it was a 2013 with the 2014s just around the corner. So we had him pull up the KBB fair value on the computer in front of him. He took the value we gave him and walked off. We offered a reasonable starting bid, Walt came back with the exact same figure he started with and subtracted the value of the trade in like we were morons. We argued the price for a minute and he wasn't only not flexible, he wouldn't go down a cent from what he was asking. Needless to say, we walked. More
