The salesman was ok. The finance person had an atitude because I would not accept his offer for financing. It was an insult and only after I said I was leaving and a phone call from the used car manager ( because I would not accept his offer for financing. He also sold me a high dollar low coverage service contract which I have since cancelled. I know my sale was not a high dollar sale, but I should not feel this way after leaving. I come in contact with a lot of people in my work and I will not recommend this dealership. The Jeep Commander I purchased also has some issues that were not pointed out to me, one of them being the heater control assembly that the light bulbs have burned out in and is only sold as an assembly costing way over $100 and the brake rotors were bad also. I was told that their mechanics go over their used vehicles with a fine tooth comb, I don't think so. I have probably purchased over a hundred cars since I started driving and this experience was probably one of the worst I have ever had. More

When we picked up the car, Brandon took his time explaining EVERYTHING on the inside and outside of the car - even taking time to flag the page in the owner's manual which explained how to program the garage door openers. Would definitely recommend this dealership to others. More
