I went to Dean Team to look at a VW Jetta and when we went back it was sold. The salesman Neil Smith switched us to another vehicle although used was in great shape. I had them repair a few flaws with it and I kept hearing the same noise, Jeff in Service Department took the car for almost a week until they finally had to send it out to the appropriate dealership. It took almost a week and two visits but theyt were determined to make the car right. Needless to say they gave me a 2011 Hyundi Sonata to drive until they got it fixed. A great TEAM and superb Service Ceneter and many Kudo's to both of them. More

They are Jedi's there they put me in a Jetta that had everything on my wishlist, as a loaner car, without even knowing my wishlist. I am quite possibly in lust with my new car. Thanks so much!
