I found the Dean Team dealership to be very customer friendly and helpful in finding me a new car. I came to find a specific car for my model to model trade in and the sales staff, particularly John Os friendly and helpful in finding me a new car. I came to find a specific car for my model to model trade in and the sales staff, particularly John Ostlund, was very knowledgeable and successful in finding exactly what I wanted for the deal that I wanted. The financial agent, Rick Richard, was great in that he made it all happen and I was able to drive home in my new car! They might do this all day long but I have only purchased a new car myself a couple of times and they both took the time to explain everything to me and make sure that I understood and was happy with my decision to purchase a car from them. Thanks for making it so easy and a relatively painless experience. More
Carl was very good at explaining everything regarding price and terms of purchase. Any time I felt unsure of anything he stopped and took the time to make sure all was understood. The only issue we had was with the extended warranty financing rates being higher than the original 1.9% rate we thought we would get. All told, it was a very productive day. This is in complete contrast to Suntrup VW who at a minimum could be described as deceptive and utilizing false advertising to get customers through their doors. Suntrup used high-pressure sales tactics as well as a condescending and insulting attitude. Dean Team's prices were decent as we were able to get a 2013 model for less than the price of a comparable 2012 model at Suntrup. Thanks Dean Team! More

In addition to Adam, all the people at this location treated me with kindness and respect. Even after doing my homework, as a woman, buying a car on my own was daunting. Adam has a tremendous amount of expertise which helped to help make me feel comfortable that what I was buying was the right car for me and at a great price. He even picked up on some of my quirks and concerns I had not yet voiced and made sure to go over every aspect of the car and buying process and left me extremely impressed. I never felt pressured to make a decision or that I was wasting anyone's time. Adam also was able to track down the exact car I wanted and had it delivered quickly. Very professional dealership, so glad I did not buy this car anywhere else. More

We had the pleasure of working with Wes Gallegos who was more than outstanding. My wife and I came in to check out a car we found online and ended up not liking it. Unlike other dealerships we've visited an more than outstanding. My wife and I came in to check out a car we found online and ended up not liking it. Unlike other dealerships we've visited and sales consultants we've talked to, Wes and the Dean Team cared enough to take the time to sit down with us to discuss other options. Some dealerships just give out their card and say we'll call you or you call us if something similar comes in, but Wes sat down with us and we talked about what we wanted and ended up buy a great car. I would definitely recommend Wes and the Dean Team in Ballwin to anyone - they are great! More
Here's the deal... I came on this website and read all of these great recommendations for the Dean Team... What I experienced, however, was the complete opposite... Sure, Eric was nice from the get-go, but h these great recommendations for the Dean Team... What I experienced, however, was the complete opposite... Sure, Eric was nice from the get-go, but his lack of appearance afterwards was frustrating. I had to take my Passat in to be worked on so that it could pass inspection. What I didn't count on was unforseen work that had no business needing fixed... Now I'm no mechanic, but I usually work on my own vehicles and I know more than a thing or two about them. This unforseen work also led to another problem that cost me an extra $150... And that was only after I made them drop it from $420!!! I shouldn't even of had to pay the $150 for their error. So when I received my final bill, over 90% of it was in labor cost. I will also add that this dealership WILL take advantage of anyone and everyone! I know for a fact that all of my lights were in working order, and yet they still felt the need to change 2 break bulbs at a whopping $28 a piece!!!! I highly discourage anyone with a decently smart brain from going here. Not only will you be taken to the cleaners, but you will be disrespected and not listened to when you complain that you actually do have an idea of what was going on. This is pathetic and a horrible experience!! More
