I dont drive much any more , My superbeatle brand new (1974} with everything air and all tje extras was just about at 4 thousand. they called the transmission to shift or not to shift. looked like a 3speed but no clutch. you just took your foot ogg the gas to shift. any way i enjoyed talking to Neil ,it seems that we grew up in the same era and he was very kind and polite when he met up with some of my family. He took his day off to drive the car to lees summit(kansas city) to my brothers house where i am living now.. i think neil could very well be salesman of the year also thanks again to the guy i talked to about the extened warrenty. He also was very easy ( going ) And lets not forget the guy who followed Neil out here so he would have a way hack home. He was very patient while we teat drove and signed pappers. i have family in st louis and I will be sure to recomend you to them Joe vig ONE MORE THING .... I ONLY GOT THE ONE REMOTE KEY AND AM THIS MINIUTE WEARING IT AROUND MY NECK. I HEAR THE KEYS ARE 2 TO 3 HUNDRED DOLLARS .WOULD YOU GUYS CARE TO THROW ONE AT ME EVEN MAYBE A VALLET KEY . It was fantastic. I looked in to several places, and Rick Cody was the first one to call and answer my lead. My husband had seen a Forester commercial on T>V. and was talking about it so I thought I would check in to it. When Rick Called and said he was in Ballwin, the first thing I said was thats kind of a long way for me to go to look at a car since I live in Edgar Springs, he said he could bring it to me. And my car buying experience, from Rick, to the lady that answers the phone, to Dave and his wife who brought the car down for me to see and then delivered it after the extra's I wanted were installed, it has been wonderful, I have already recommended you to a friend he is looking for a Volkswagon in the near future. The Dean Team got me in at the last minute and were professional and helpful. I mentioned to the service technician that I was considering buying out my lease and he immediately directed me to another professional and helpful. He went thru all the pros and cons of buying out my lease versus buying a new Subaru. He was an excellent wealth of knowledge and even showed me how to work a problem I was having with my GPS. I purchased a car from Dean Team Subaru 3 weeks ago. The purchase took 6 hours to process, even though I knew the car I wanted to purchase and paid with cash. Also, the dealership had advertised that they purchase took 6 hours to process, even though I knew the car I wanted to purchase and paid with cash. Also, the dealership had advertised that they would honor the BlackBook trade-in value from their website and they did not, even though the trade-in vehicle was in Excellent condition. I was promised the paperwork needed to license the car within 7-10 days. It's been three weeks and I am still waiting on the paperwork, despite multiple follow-up calls. If I do not license the car within a month I am subject to fines and traffic tickets. Five days ago I was told "the paperwork is in the mail". On follow-up I was told that they were holding the paperwork, waiting for a check to clear. I checked with my bank who said the check cleared over 2 weeks ago. The car has already been recalled and I spent a half hour waiting in line last night to leave the car at the service department. This is my second purchase from the Dean Team and I should have known better. Customer service is poor, there are extensive delays at each point in the process, and I'm tired of the excuses I'm getting. More
Eric is a very helpful and friendly employee. I had a difficult experience which started with a failed inspection.
