I can't say enough good things about my purchase of the new Passat. They didn't have the color combination I wanted so they placed me in a new comparable Passat and told me to drive it with no cost while t new Passat. Well this was my first time buying a new car. I wasn't really sure what to expect. I drove a little over three hours to the dean team. The exact car i wanted wasn't there but by the time i got there they really sure what to expect. I drove a little over three hours to the dean team. Scott Roberts let me take a new jetta for a test drive explaining everything i had questions about and even giving me extra info about the car. On to financing I was going through my bank and i had explained this to Scott. He said if you don't mind i think we can get you a lot better. It took a little extra time but Richard Martin got me a way better rate than i expected. Even with signing the paperwork I have never had something work out so well. The Dean Team got me a great price on my new car. They also gave me an amazing car buying experience. They made it so easy to ask questions and get exactly what i wanted. I am very satisfied with the service and customer care. I cannot imagine going somewhere else to buy a car. More
