It's no exaggeration to say Karl saved a sale for the Dean Team. If I didn't really want that car, I would have left and never came back. But Karl saved the day, rescued a sale for his dealership and lef Dean Team. If I didn't really want that car, I would have left and never came back. Karl worked quickly, followed up with me as he promised, was punctual and accurate in finding the answers I wanted, and, in general, seemed legitimately concerned with getting me into a car that fit my personal needs. Dean Team started the negoation with two strikes against it in my book based on the way I had been previously treated. Karl and the finance manager turned that impression around completely.
